1. I dialed 511 from my home phone but it didn't work?
To the best of our knowledge, 511 should work from any home phone within the State of Arizona.  If you cannot reach this federally-designated three-digit number from your Arizona home phone, please contact your phone company to let them know and see FAQ #3.

2. I dialed 511 from my Cell/PCS phone but it didn't work?
All major Cell/PCS providers within Arizona currently offer 511.  If you are unable to dial 511 from your Cell/PCS phone, contact your cell provider (Also see FAQ #3).

3. What can I do if my phone service provider doesn't support 511?
Within Arizona, you should call your phone provider; you may also contact us (giving us complete details on your Arizona phone provider) so that we may work with them to resolve this problem.
