The Arizona 511 system provides city-level information based upon regions by what we call Quick Reports; there are seven such reports available. Quick Reports are designed to give information quickly, concentrating on what's new and current. For example, if road construction has been underway for over a month, you would not it with a Quick Report. On the other hand, accidents and construction that has just begun would be heard.
In the Phoenix area, the following regions are covered
- The Northwest Valley, including; Glendale, Northwest Phoenix, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Youngstown and El Mirage
- North Phoenix
- The Northeast Valley, including; Carefree, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Northeast Phoenix
- The East Valley, including; Ahwatukee, Apache Junction, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler Heights, Guadalupe, Higley, Norton’s Corner, Ocotillo, Queen Creek and Sun Lakes
- Phoenix, including Central Phoenix; and
- The West Valley, including; Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, West Phoenix, Maryvale, Laveen, Cashion, Perryville, Santa Maria, St. Johns, Maricopa Colony and Liberty
In the Tucson area, the following region is available
- The Greater Tucson area, including; Tucson, South Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Green Valley
